Submission Guideline

Preparation of the Manuscript

This page is the official reference for manuscript preparation and submission procedures for ICSSC 2026.

Submission Process

The submission process for ICSSC 2026 is organized in two stages.

Stage 1 – Abstract Submission

  • Authors are first invited to submit a one-page abstract in English through the official submission system.

  • The abstract should clearly and concisely present the problem addressed, the methodology used, the main results, and the relevance of the contribution to the conference themes.

Stage 2 – Full Paper Submission

  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper according to the conference guidelines and deadlines.

Preparation of the Manuscript

  • All full papers must be written in English.

  • The minimum page limit for full papers is 4 full pages, and the maximum page limit is 10 pages. When the paper exceeds 6 pages, each additional page will be chargeable. These limits include all figures, tables, and references.

  • All full papers must be formatted in conference proceedings format using letter paper size and a two-column layout. Full papers should state clearly and concisely the problem, methodology used, main results, and central conclusions, and may include figures and graphs.

  • Full papers must include a bibliography to help reviewers place the contribution of the work into context.

Templates

  • Authors are requested to use the official conference template for full paper preparation.

  • Springer Template: Download the MS Word or LaTeX template.

Review Process

  • Submitted files will be checked to ensure that they are readable and comply with the formatting requirements.

  • If any issues are found in the submitted file, the authors will be contacted to resolve them.

  • Accepted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference committee, and authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper.

  • Full papers will be reviewed by reviewers selected by the conference committee and evaluated according to relevance, contribution, and originality.

  • The technical program committee will use these reviews to determine which full papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference.

  • Authors of high-quality papers may be invited to submit an extended version, with at least 50% new content, for publication in a special issue.

Notification of Acceptance

  • Authors will be notified by email of the acceptance or rejection of their submission in accordance with the conference schedule.

  • The notification email may include comments from the reviewers and/or program committee members. While the conference cannot guarantee the level of detail of each review, reviewers are encouraged to provide constructive feedback.

Academic Ethics

  • Articles submitted to the conference must report original and previously unpublished research results and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • We firmly believe that ethical conduct is an essential principle of academic research. Any act of plagiarism constitutes unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

  • If plagiarism is identified, the conference reserves the right to take appropriate action, including rejection of the submission or removal of the paper from the final publication.

  • The conference may also notify the authors’ affiliated institution(s) or other appropriate academic authorities when necessary.
