REGISTRATION FEES

Participation conditions

To appear in the ICSSC 2026 Proceedings, the author of an accepted paper must register for the conference.
Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one author, unless the Technical Program Committee Chairs approve a substitute (agreed upon prior to the event) who is qualified to both present and answer questions.
At least one of the authors named on the paper must register for ICSSC 2026.
The conference will be designed and prepared as both an online and a face-to-face event.

Please note: Participants wishing to add an additional night at the hotel are responsible for the reservation and payment of their own accommodation. We have negotiated preferential rates with the conference hotel; you will find more details in the "Venue" section.

Registration fees for attendees affiliated with Tunisian laboratories are listed in this page and can be paid via official order form (bon de commande).

Payment Detail for International Participants

Payment of the registration fee can be made via the following methods:

1. Bank transfer.

2. Credit card 1 Payment/paper (Transaction fee may appy)

On completion of your online registration, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee.
Please comply and return the proof of payment in registration due date.
The amount registrant transfer does not include bank charges.
Confirmation of conference registration will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment before November 1, 2026.
If you encounter any issues when paying online or if you cannot pay before November 1, 2026 please contact the conference manager by email to: contact@icssc.eu
After online registration and payment, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.

Additional Information

To be included in the final conference program, at least one author of each accepted paper must register online to attend the conference and pay the registration fees for Presentation by the deadlines.
To be considered for the publication in proceedings, one author of each accepted paper must present the work in-person to allow our session chairs to evaluate it.
It is possible for co-authors to attend the conference in-person by registering for Participant.
