REGISTRATION FEES

For one registration, the maximum of two works (abstract or full manuscript) can be presented with an additional fee of 150€ for the second work.

Registration fee for Presentation covers during the conference days :

• Presentation slot.

• Lunches/Coffee breaks/Dinner Party

• ICSSC2026 materials (bag, notebook, pen, souvenir).

• Certificate of participation.

• Attend to all sessions.

• Publication process in the proceedings (see Submission).

Registration fee for Participant covers during the conference days :

• Lunches/Coffee breaks/Dinner Party (30 October 2024).

• ICSSC2026 materials (bag, notebook, pen, souvenir).

Please be aware that the registration fee does not cover the accommodation expenses. El Hammamet has a broad variety of hotel options and it is easy to find where to stay on a budget in this city. Special hotel room rates have been arranged for ICSSC2026 (see Venue).

Registration Guideline :

• On completion of your online registration, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee.

• Please comply and return the proof of payment in registration due date.

• The amount registrant transfer does not include bank charges.

• Confirmation of conference registration will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment before 15 October 2024.

• If you encounter any issues when paying online or if you cannot pay before 15 October 2024, please contact the conference manager by email to: icssc2026@icssc.eu

• After online registration and payment, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.

Additional Information

• To be included in the final conference program, at least one author of each accepted paper must register online to attend the conference and pay the registration fees for Presentation by the deadlines.

• To be considered for the publication in proceedings, one author of each accepted paper must present the work in-person to allow our session chairs to evaluate it.

• It is possible for co-authors to attend the conference in-person by registering for Participant.
